INGREDIENTES
- 4 pechugas de pollo
- 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- 1 taza de vino blanco
- 1 taza de caldo de pollo
- 2 ramitas de romero
- 1 diente de ajo aplastado
- 2 limones amarillos
- 2 tazas de puré de papa
INSTRUCCIONES
- Salpimienta el pollo y ásalo en una sartén grande a fuego medio con el aceite; intenta no voltearlo en exceso para que no se desjugue.
- Cuando esté casi completamente cocido, agrega el vino blanco, el caldo de pollo, el romero, el ajo y el limón en rebanadas delgadas. Cubre todo y hierve a fuego alto hasta que el líquido reduzca a la mitad y el alcohol se haya evaporado.
- Coloca el pollo sobre una cama de puré de papa, añade algunas cucharadas de la salsa y sirve.
